4. Accounts & Security

• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Subscription plans, fees, and billing cycles are described on our website.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• No Refund Policy: All payments are final. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including partial use of services, downgrades, or early termination. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing or features of our plans with reasonable notice.

6. User Responsibilities

When using The Insiders Lab, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.
• Not misuse, copy, distribute, scrape, or reverse-engineer our data or platform.

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including financial loss, lost profits, or trading losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue using it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Insiders Lab, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from your use or misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activity that may harm us or other users.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Regulatory & Market-Dependent Availability

You acknowledge that our services rely on public disclosures, data availability, and applicable laws and regulations relating to U.S. congressional trading (including, without limitation, House and Senate Periodic Transaction Reports) and comparable disclosures. If any applicable law, rule, policy, or enforcement action restricts, suspends, or prohibits (a) trading by covered officials, and/or (b) public disclosure of relevant transactions or datasets, we may, in our sole discretion and without liability, suspend, materially modify, or discontinue some or all of the services, either temporarily or permanently.

We do not warrant or guarantee continued availability of any dataset, feature, or service. Your purchase and continued use are at your own risk. Where services are suspended or discontinued for the foregoing reasons, no refunds or credits will be due for any remaining subscription term, except where required by applicable law. We may, at our discretion, provide alternative features, limited access, or transitional support.
